Angela Watts
Angela started practicing yoga for a New Year’s Resolution but quickly fell in love with the impact it had on her life. Building strength, flexibility, and balance kept her coming back to the mat, long after many resolutions faded. Cultivating self-confidence, relaxation, and connection led her to pursue teacher training to further her practice and delve into the yoga lifestyle. Angela earned her 200-hour YTT certificate in the Amazon Jungle of Peru at Moksha Yoga Amazonica during the COVID-19 quarantine. Beyond the mat, Angela is a writer, table tennis coach, avid hiker, and world traveler.
