Ania is a strong devotee to the concept behind living life in the utmost healthy manner. This encompasses nourishing herself according to her Ayurvedic dosha and paying attention to where her food comes from and what practices were used during the production. In accordance with proper nutrition, Ania regularly practices morning kriyas as well as studies Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. Ania became a disciplined yoga practitioner in 2015 when discovering Ashtanga yoga. Since then she has completed her 200 hour teacher training and taught in Colombia and Mexico. She has been traveling the world for the last five years, spending extensive periods of time in Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia and Latin America. She speaks English and Polish fluently, and has an intermediate level of Spanish.
