YOGA INSTRUCTOR - RYT 200
Audrey comes from Oregon, USA, and started dancing at the age of four. She has extensive training and experience in classical ballet, modern, tap, and ballroom for over fifteen years.
In her adolescence, she discovered her delight for yoga’s individualistic approach to movement; a welcome departure from the stringent confines of classical ballet. Since her introduction to yoga, she has cultivated her practice to include meditation, yin, and Hatha — with a special affinity for Hot Power Vinyasa.
Audrey has been teaching Barre (a group fitness class based in ballet techniques) and Yoga professionally for several years. One of her most popular offerings is Hot Yoga. She is a gifted choreographer and designs inventive classes that have a balanced flow of powerful movement and gentle postures.
In addition to her varied yoga classes, she is intending to include AcroYoga, Iyengar, and Yoga Nidra into her repertoire. She will be a licensed Massage Therapist in June 2022 and is excited to use this modality to enhance her classes. Eventually, she wants to incorporate Ayurvedic massage.
In addition to yoga, Audrey enjoys traveling as much as she possibly can, live music, dancing, weight-lifting, running, swimming, and backpacking around the western United States.
