If you are local to the region where the training is taking place, you may book your training without lodging. Please communicate with us to inquire about the rates depending on the location of the training you are interested in. Because our yoga teacher trainings are intensive, and because of the added benefits of its residential nature, we do recommend students to reside with everyone at the hotel
