We recommend that you have practiced any yoga style for three to six months either in studio classes or equivalent self-practice, have a sports or fitness training, or are accustomed to physical exercise in another discipline. You do not need to know any inversions, arm balances or advanced postures. More importantly, we ask that you come with an open mind, receptive to learning new knowledge, with a willingness to be supportive to yourself and others. Our trainings are open to beginners through advanced practitioners.
