Hello, I'm Jules McDonald, a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher with over ten years of yoga practice and an E-RYT 500 certification. Yoga has been a transformative part of my life. It has become an integral part of my existence, guiding me through life’s highs and lows with grace and resilience. I’ve had the pleasure of owning a yoga studio for 3 years in Downtown Cocoa Beach, FL and authoring the book Savasana Reads, a collection of short meditation scripts.

With a background in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Trauma Informed yoga, I bring a holistic approach to my teaching. I believe in the transformative power of yoga to not only strengthen the body but also to calm the mind and nourish the soul. My teachings are designed to be accessible to all, regardless of age, experience, or physical ability. I emphasize on alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement, creating a safe and welcoming space for students and aspiring yoga teachers to explore their practice and discover their own inner strength.

I am deeply committed to continuous learning and growth, both as a practitioner and as a teacher. I have completed advanced training in various yoga disciplines and continue to attend workshops and trainings to deepen my knowledge and enhance my skills. My aim is to inspire and support my students on their unique yoga journeys, helping them to cultivate mindfulness, inner peace, and a profound sense of well-being.

Outside of teaching yoga, you can find me exploring nature, reading, or spending time with my family and friends. I am grateful for the opportunity to share the gift of yoga with others and am always excited to connect with new students and aspiring yoga teachers.
