Michele is a compassionate, kind and experienced certified 200 hour Vinyasa-flow Yoga Teacher with several other training modalities including Ashtanga, Hatha, Gentle, Restorative, Therapeutic, and Special populations yoga (those with specific injuries, prenatal, kids yoga, etc.). She has expertise in various facets of yoga including anatomy, body mechanics, alignment and assists given the intensive trainings and workshops that she has focused her yoga education on over the past 9 years.
After practicing law as a trained attorney for many years, Michele transitioned her focus to the mind and body yoga path in 2014. She is dedicated to incorporating health and wellness to everything she does in mind, heart and body, and shares this with her students to help them create the life they desire and be the best version of themselves.
Michele is fascinated with the physical and meditative qualities that yoga embodies. She has seen and felt her body, spirit, and mind transform through a consistent yoga practice and is thrilled to share her joy for yoga with experienced and new yogis alike. She further believes that yoga is for all and always strive to meet students where they are both in asana and in life.
Michele is a Certified Holistic Health/Wellness Coach as well as trained in Thai Yoga Massage/Bodywork. She has accumulated well over 500 hours of yoga teacher trainings and loves to serve as an international yoga teacher in Teacher Training certification programs, retreats and conferences throughout the world.
