YOGA INSTRUCTOR - RYT200

Niki Cedeno

Nikole was born in Costa Rica and raised in California. Her yoga journey began over 10 years ago, but became much more focused in 2016 after she left behind her corporate job to travel the world to teach Yoga full time. A life-changing trip teaching around South East Asia, Asia, and Europe followed, where she experienced many healing practices through movement, stillness, chanting and silence in numerous yoga centers. Her quest to keep learning and growing never ceases.

Much of what Nikole reflects, the practices she has experienced through her own personal journey, and the teaching she has embraced with gratitude allow her to build trusting relationships. She creates unique and enjoyable yoga practices, providing you with enough space to enjoy the journey along the way.

Nikole shares Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Pranayamas, and Meditation classes – weaving in elements of breath work, chakras, restorative, and yoga therapy. Her classes support you to awaken within to your feelings and sensations. She encourages to soften, release and let go of whatever is not working for you whilst inviting in more of what you want. Her aim is to assist in aligning you in your physical body as well as with your true nature and values – allowing for more space between your thoughts to enter a deeper presence in the moment.

“Live life to the fullest and appreciate the surprising moments that the universe has for you”
