We ask you to take a moment to reflect on whether your morning and evening habits have changed during the preparation phase, in-person phase, and how they are now that you have returned home. Perhaps you have changed your sleeping hours, sleeping positions, relationship with your cellphone, diet, or first and last activities of the day. Please write an honest account of those changes and new habits in about one page.
We will ask you to do the same again 6 months from now via email (which is optional).
