We ask you to take a moment before you embark on this journey and reflect on what currently are your morning and evening habits, covering sleep hours and quality, diet, internet, social media, and screen use, cleansings and self-care, time spent outside, time spent practicing, time spend planning and reflecting, and so on. Please write an honest account of those habits in about a page.
