We serve 3 delicious vegetarian or vegan meals each day during our yoga teacher trainings and retreats, with gluten-free and lactose-free options. If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, simply let us know when making your booking and we’ll accommodate.
We also have a special side menu (in addition to the full menu of the Kantu Garden Lodge restaurant, which is always available to you at additional cost) just for yoga teacher training students and retreat participants, from which you can complement your vegetarian / vegan dish:
