For the duration of the training, you will be immersed in the studies of yoga detox cleansing practices, pranayama, meditation, yoga asana, philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology and more, while deepening your personal practice. The training will be physically, emotionally, and spiritually demanding, possibly bringing challenges but also transformation. We ask that you come with an open mind and open heart. Every day will start with a 2.5 hour yoga practice, including kriyas, pranayama, meditation, and asana practice. The days are filled lectures, workshops, and practicums.
